Sushe Marine Services Pvt Ltd was incorporated in June 2009 to cater to the Marine industry's growing needs for sophisticated inspections, surveys and allied services like Ship Management to existing and new ship owners, marine engineering, design, compliance to IMO/ISO and ISM/ISPS requirements.Presently,we are holders of Indian Administration DOC of Oil Tankers, BC and GC and managing .With experienced managers and technical experts at the helm, the company is developing a reputation for professionalism and integrity.

We are the only private ship management company for technical management in whole of Eastern India.

We are being recognized as a company that is willing to travel the extra mile to provide our clients the reassurance and satisfaction of a job well done. Our aim is to increase our tonnage with foreign flagged vessels under any flag.

Sushe Marine has a concise company policy and is committed to offering first class ship management services with emphasis on safety, pollution prevention and to providing a high standard of on board maintenance at a reasonable cost to owners.

Currently, we are responsible for the full technical management of 3 ships (one oil tanker and 2 nos general cargo vessels of Indian Owners), on behalf of reputable ship owners.

Mr Bhaskar Kumar Mukherji

He has a vast experience of fleet sailing as Chief Engineer on Oil and Chemical tankers. He last served as DGM, Fleet management . He has a shore experience of managing all types of vessel for over 20 years. He is the DPA and CSO of the Company.

Mrs Sukla Bhattacharjee
Mrs Sukla Bhattacharjee is one of the Directors of Sushe Marine Services Pvt Ltd was instrumental in founding the company. She is looking after the HR Department of the Company.

Mr V.Seshadri
Mr V. Seshadri is one of the Directors of Sushe Marine Services Pvt Ltd and is looking after the Financial Department. He is the key person in the financial growth of the Company and does the strategic planning.

Mr Debasish Bhattacharjee
Mr. Debasish Bhattacharjee is Head, Technical at Sushe Marine Services Pvt Ltd. With his team of Group Heads, Mr. Bhattacharjee supervises the overall running, maintenance and operation of all company managed vessels. He sailed for 11 years till 1999 - the final four years in the capacity of Chief Engineer.

He worked with DNV in their Mumbai office from 1999 to 2000 as a ship surveyor. Later, he served as Technical Superintendent in Hongkong and then Technical Manager in India for next 9 years.

Mr. Bhattacharjee is also instrumental in formation of the Company.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT (WITH MANNING)

As a Progressive and Proactive Ship Manager, Sushe Marine has under its management various types of ships (Oil Tankers, Bulk carriers, Other cargo vessels). Presently, we have DOC of Indian Flag ONLY. The Company draws on its pool of experienced Manpower and Resources, which are at its disposal ashore . It utilizes proven systems based on internationally recognized Quality Management principles.

Ships are inspected at regular intervals of three months by the technical superintendent to ensure a very close follow-up of shipboard activities. Data sent by ships is analysed ashore to optimize vessels speed and consumption performance.

Moreover, Sushe Marine has the flexibility to meet all owners' needs for periodic technical and accounting reports. We are geared to provide you with any information you require - at any time.

NEW BUILDING SUPERVISION

Sushe Marine has an experienced and capable new building supervision team geared to provide full new building supervision services right from design stage to delivery of the vessel. Our services include project viability study, plan approval and design modifications as required to comply with new regulations and operational requirements.

Every project is manned by a full strength team of experienced Hull & Machinery and painting supervisor. Plans are checked & approved by in-house plan approval team which includes Naval Architects, Marine & Electrical Engineers & Ex-Class surveyors.

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION AND CONDITION SURVEY

Sushe Marine conducts pre-purchase and independent vessel condition surveys on behalf of Ship Owners, Financial Institutions and Banks for all ship types at cost effective rates. We ensure a quick and economical service for a comprehensive report on your asset picks.

Furthermore clients may use Sushe Marine’s services to spot check on the structural integrity and operational condition of their ship’s electronic, mechanical, propulsion or cargo handling equipment – in a planned manner or on spot basis prior a major dry-docking/conversion. Detailed recommendations accompany the deficiencies noted in each report.

REPAIRS AND SHIPS SERVICES (AT KOLKATA, HALDIA)

Sushe Marine provides vessel up-gradation services; from mega alterations of a vessel’s function, to minor repair and upgrading works. The service includes repair services of engines, pumps, cranes, electrical etc

Sushe Marine also provides for in-port and at sea independent contracting and supervision of repair & maintenance services for a wide range of vessel types on behalf of its clients. Service delivery varies from the basic supervisory services to the deployment of cost effective riding squads composed of welders, fitters, machinery supervisors, carpenters, plumbers and pipe fitters.

SHIPBOARD AUDIT’S

Sushe Marine carry out independent safety and ISM and ISPS audits to ensure that vessel is complying with the necessary safety standards and the company's Safety Management System. These audits can be regular or can be arranged on spot and are likened to health checks for the efficient running of ships.
